The Humble Bundle

Saints Row: The Third, Darksiders, Red Faction: Armageddon, Metro 2033, Company of Heroes and its two expansions; Opposing Fronts and Tales of valor.  This isn't some awesome gamer Christmas wishlist, it is the Humble THQ Bundle.  The Steam keys for the games in this collection, at least three of which have an 8.0 or higher rating, are all up for grabs for as little as 1 dollar USD(minus Saints Row: The Third) and currently about 6 dollars USD(you need to spend more than the average payout to have Saints Row: The Third included).

Buying the Humble THQ Bundle gets you the games for Windows through Steam.  You will also receive a collection of DRM-free soundtracks, for those of you who are into that sort of thing.

This isn't just some deal though.  This is for charity, so there is no ceiling on the amount you can pay.  Add what you can and you can divvy it up between charity(Child’s Play Charity and the American Red Cross), Humble(who are organising this promotion and paying for the bandwidth and development of the promotion) and THQ, the developer of all these awesome games(Kudos to them for getting involved).

Before you go rushing off though, let me just make sure you know that this offer is for strictly Steam keys and is Windows Only.  Having said that.  Go and get you those games.  I know I sure am.

The Humble Bundle has had two games added.  Titan Quest and Warhammer 40,000.  They are included in the bonus package withe Saints Row: The Third so you will have to pay more than the average which is still under 6 dollars USD to get them but, with such a deal, who would complain about that?

Plus even if you are not a gamer.  You must have gamer friends.  And with the available gifting option this makes a perfect and inexpensive gift for whatever lucky gamer(s) is in your life!
